Our client, Imperial Smelting & Refining Co. of Canada Ltd was purchased by European multinational Umicore in December. FAMOUSFOLKS was instrumental in helping position the Imperial brand for purchase. The company will operate as two different brands for Canada and the USA markets, and FAMOUSFOLKS will be handling all efforts of the brand alignments.
